Google wave rolled out new feature Extensions in Google wave which helps to use new extensions gallery (gadgets) in Google Wave. Here we like to explain how to use Extension inside Google Wave with an example game Sudoku.

Steps to play Sudoku game in Google Wave

1. Open your Google Wave account

2. Check out Extensions option as shown in the picture.

3. In the right side you will be seeing list of Extensions gallery, find out Wave Sudoku gadget in the gallery list

4. Now you can find Wave Sudoku tab will be opening to the right of extensions gallery list, where you can see an option install button, click that install button to install Wave Sudoku.

5. After installing you may get confused how to play the game, just click on New Wave as marked above the extensions gallery.

6. Now a new Wave tab will be opened to the right hand side of extensions gallery, where you can find gadgets installed at the right side of the tool bar.

7. If you have installed more than one gadget, Sudoku gadget may not be visible for you, just follow the steps as shown above picture . In the step two you can find sudoku game, if you click on sudoku gadget the game will be loaded.

8. Now you can invite your friends by clicking on + sign which is marked as step 3 in the picture.

If you are regular user of YouTube you may know about captions, but still we like to share what is captions in YouTube. Caption is an option which enables users to view videos with caption in the YouTube player.
For instance if you are watching high definition YouTube video, you can find the option CC in the YouTube player which is present at the right corner of the player.

This option helps to translate audio and view it as captions in different languages. (Note : Transcribe is still in beta stage, so it may not work for all the videos and languages).

If you click on CC option as shown above picture, you can find out two options Caption selection and Caption Action

Caption action which allows to select either to translate audio or translate caption.

Caption Selection

Caption selection allows to select the language in which you need to translate.

Note : Caption selection and Caption Action might be available for particular high definition YouTube videos only.

Google Reader one of the cool product from Google which lets users to read RSS feeds from various web portals in one place. Which also lets you to organize your feeds according to the category. Google Reader announced new experimental feature Google Reader Play which allows users to browse the RSS feeds visually.

Google Reader Play allows users to browse RSS feeds visually through slide show. Which makes much easier instead of navigating through each feeds.

If you like to view particular folder or feed in Google Reader Play right on the particular feed or folder you can find an option view in reader play as shown below picture.

Google Reader Play allows to star, share and like the feeds, you can view slide show according to new items.

Mainsoft corporation has released a new tool harmony which brings Google docs into Microsoft Outlook 2007.  If you are using Google docs and Microsoft Office 2007 now you can integrate Google docs in the MS Outlook 2007 sidebar.

Harmony tool is still in beta stage and it will be rolled out for other MS Office versions. This new harmony sidebar allows Google docs to be used inside MS Outlook 2007 to share, edit and send via email.

Harmony requires Google account to fetch your Google documents into the sidebar as shown above picture.
